Tamarack Condominium Community is located on the south side of DeKalb County, Georgia near the intersection of Flat Shoals Parkway and Warriors Path. We are a condominium community governed by a Board of Directors. The purpose of the Board of Directors is to oversee the affairs of the Tamarack Condominium Community.

Abacus Property Management, Inc. is responsible for the handling of Tamarack's financial affairs. The Board of Directors is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Property. Matt Levy is our Financial Manager. Monthly Association fees are to be paid to:
