Reporting Repairs
The Tamarack Board of Directors is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Property. Homeowners, if you have repairs to be made that are the responsibility of the Homeowner's Association:
(Non-emergency): Put your request in writing and mail it to the P.O. Box (left click on the words P.O. Box and you will be taken to the contact information of Tamarack Condominium Association, Inc.)
(Emergency): Contact one of the Board of Directors, not Abacus, and the Board will dispense the appropriate personnel according to the nature of the repair and/or emergency.

Renters, if you have concerns or questions, please contact your Owner concerning repairs.

Making Repairs
Remodeling/Renovations:
- No remodeling or renovations are to be done to the outside of your unit or any common areas without getting permission from The Board of Directors
- If you have a contractor assigned to work on the interior of your unit, it is your responsibility to dispose of all trash during repairs to the unit. Do not leave the trash on Tamarack property. You will be fined for the removal of trash/rubble left behind.
